Krisztián coaches overachievers who are transitioning to become their most empowered, most independent selves after successful careers in a high-performing field. His main tool is Internal Family Systems.
Krisztián started at McKinsey & Company at the age of 23. He rose through the ranks quickly, making associate 1.5 years ahead of schedule.
What allowed him to advance so fast were a combination of his ability to make clients and colleagues feel safe, a prior career since the age of 12 as a freelance developer (this gave him an engineer-mind, which was very valuable in consulting and beyond), and the generous support he received from mentors and loved ones.
He went on to pursue an MBA at Stanford as the 2nd ever Hungarian, where he studied coaching, which he later completed with a training in Internal Family Systems.
He worked in the central strategy team of Google until the infamous tech layoffs in 2023—his last corporate job.
In 2023, Krisztián launched his IFS coaching practice, originally to gain mastery of the model and to develop his own healing modality.
He found himself working almost exclusively with transitioning overachievers, which later became his professional focus.

In 2019, I stepped out of the consulting office where I spent most of my 20’s for the final time, headed to my dream MBA.
I had no idea what would be next, but I knew that I was done here.
I always had WAY bigger dreams for myself than a corporate career, however fast paced. Both professionally and personally.
From the outside, I had the resume to make all my dreams come true: to make all the money I wanted to spend, to build the joyful, exciting relationships I was desperately longing for, and to become the leader I wanted to see myself as.
But to become the version of me who could achieve those dreams, I had to do the work first.
In the coming 5 years, I changed more than in any other period of my life. The growing pains, the fear, the loss of my previous identity were excruciating.
I had to learn new ways of relating to myself and others. I had to find new ways of working, as it was clear that what got me this far wouldn’t serve me in my next chapter.
What allowed me to excel in such a highly political and competitive environment as consulting was simply not the right skillset for the life and career I was longing to have in my 30’s.
I had to integrate a lot of trauma, make up for a lot of neglect, and finish a lot of unfinished business.
Through tears, fear, and lots of experimentation, I finally came very close to the version of me I believe I was always meant to be.
The most powerful, joyful, confident, mature version of myself I have ever met.
Today, I help fellow overachievers do their own work. To become the version of them that will be able to achieve all the amazing things they were destined for, and to live the joyful, free, emotionally fulfilled lives they always desired.
